We have significant experience in representing Autistic students and children with other disabilities.

Our firm has successfully litigated on behalf of Autistic clients and secured Applied Behavior Analysis or “ABA” services at the public expense for children who required such services to thrive. We work closely with psychologists, neuropsychologists, and therapists to ensure that his clients are receiving every possible benefit. We have on staff a New York-certified teacher and licensed ABA therapist, which helps make sure that our clients benefit from having a clinician to analyze their case.
